Progressive Overload, Explained

Progressive overload means gradually increasing the demand on your body over time — more weight, more reps, more sets, or better control.
Small changes add up. Adding one rep or a small amount of weight each week is a meaningful win.
Progress isn't linear. Sleep, stress, and nutrition all play a part, and a lighter week is part of the process, not a failure.
